What Does a 'Relational Organizer' Do?
People are far more likely to take action on an issue when contacted by someone they know and trust. This method is known as 'relational organizing.' Our organizers will have real conversations with people in their networks about why a Job Guarantee matters — and how working people can use their collective power to make it happen.
Your $25 donation, or any amount you can give, will help us hire 500 paid Relational Organizers to mobilize their friends, family, and community to build a movement powerful enough to influence state elected leaders to pass a Job Guarantee into law in New Jersey.
All Relational Organizers will be part-time positions, earning a living wage of $4,000 per month!
