That’s why FEN-PAC is creating 500 paid Relational Organizer positions to provide flexible, remote work that offers stability, dignity, and purpose.
These positions will pay $4,000 per month to help unite communities, mobilize personal networks, and build the power needed to pass a Job Guarantee in New Jersey.

Your donation will fund Relational Organizers who will reach out to their own friends, family, coworkers, and neighbors through text, social media, phone calls, or in-person conversations. They’ll share information about a Job Guarantee and invite people to take action and get involved.

Upward Mobility: As this movement grows, organizers will have opportunities to step into leadership and professional roles in field organizing, communications, research, data, and operations—helping strengthen communities and expand access to dignified work. With experience and increased responsibilities, some of these positions can grow into careers earning $100,000+.
Free Political Job Training and Career Coaching: In addition to creating paid organizing jobs, FEN-PAC provides free political job training and career coaching to all of our donors. Through structured instruction, hands-on organizing experience, and one-on-one mentorship, participants gain practical skills in community outreach, relational organizing, campaign operations, and leadership development—regardless of prior experience.
Our program is designed to support long-term growth by offering ongoing coaching, professional development, and access to a network of campaigns and organizations for potential job opportunities.

What is a Job Guarantee?
A Job Guarantee is a public program that creates living-wage jobs for people who cannot find full-time work. These jobs would focus on fixing our communities, caring for people in need, supporting schools, and other public services that benefit everyone.
By reducing the fear of unemployment, a Job Guarantee strengthens workers’ bargaining power and helps people earn better pay, work in safer conditions, and receive fair treatment on the job.
