What’s often missing isn’t the ideas. It’s the resources to turn those ideas into real, living-wage jobs.

That’s what a State Job Guarantee is designed to change. Under a Job Guarantee, governments work with local residents to identify what’s needed and create jobs to meet those needs.

We’re gathering job ideas directly from people across New Jersey and sharing them with state legislators to demonstrate two things:
that communities can define the work that needs to be done, and that there is growing public support to create those jobs.

This is about more than collecting ideas. It’s about showing that working people can come together to create jobs, not just corporations or the wealthy.
