Some of the major cuts to the original bill included eliminating free community college and reducing the government’s ability to lower prescription drug prices.
 

Now that the Build Back Better Act is awaiting a vote in the Senate. Corporate interests and corporate-backed Democrats are again demanding more cuts such as removing paid family leave and allowing the child income-tax credit to expire.
